Members of St. john are invited to a potluck dinner welcoming the new members that joined St. John's fellowship in the past year. These include the recent adult confirmation class as well as families who have transfered in during the past year. Representatives from the organizations of the congregation will be asked to give a welcome and inform new members about opportunities for spiritual growth and service.
The potluck will be held following the worship service on Sunday, January 23. Bring a favorite dish to share. Drinks and table service will be provided by the Church Council. The newly organized Cub Scout troop which meets here at St. John will be helping to clean tables. We hope you will join us in welcoming our new members and perhaps making some new friends!
