  • NEXT WEEK We will be celebrating Veterans' Day. We will collect a door offering for Military Bible Sticks. These are flash drives containing the entire New Testament. Each donation of $25 purchases a Bible Stick for one soldier plus a devotion book for their family. Over 500,000 Bible Sticks have been requested so far.   • We are collecting for Temporary Aid Program (TAP) all November- Please bring items which families aren't able to purchase with Food Stamps such as paper towels, toilet paper, disposable diapers, & personal care items like shampoo & toothpaste. But of course, non-perishable food items are always needed. Thank you.
  • St.John Quilting Program- Thank you to all the ladies who gave so much of their time & talents to make & tie quilts this year. 130 quilts were dedicated in church on Sunday, November 1. they will be given to the Homeless Veterans in Omaha, the Iowa Homeless Veterans in Perry, Hope Ministries in Des Moines, the Gospel Mission in Sioux City and Lutheran World Relieve in Ida Grove.
